Package Payment & Cancellation Policy – Andaman Explorer

At Andaman Explorer, we strive to provide a seamless travel experience. To ensure smooth processing and transparency, please read our updated payment and cancellation policy below:

Payment Terms:

  • For Travel Between 1st April to 31st August:

    • Budget, Standard, and Premium Packages:
      50% payment is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% must be paid upon arrival at Port Blair before the tour commences.

    • Deluxe and Luxury Packages:
      75% payment is required at the time of booking. The remaining 25% must be paid upon arrival at Port Blair before the tour commences.

  • For Travel Between 1st September to 31st March (All Package Categories):
    100% payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Bookings Made Within 10 Days of Arrival:
    100% payment must be made at the time of booking.
    Please note: These bookings are non-refundable in case of cancellation.

  • Peak Season (15th December to 15th January):
    All bookings made for travel during this period are non-refundable, regardless of the package category.


Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 or More Days Before Arrival:
    15% of the total package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

  • 20 to 29 Days Before Arrival:
    25% of the total package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

  • 10 to 19 Days Before Arrival:
    50% of the total package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

  • Within 10 Days of Arrival:
    100% of the total package cost will be charged. No refund will be provided.


Note:

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days from the date of cancellation request.

  • Any change or modification in the itinerary after confirmation will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, subject to availability and revised pricing.
