(Note: In case of unavailability, a hotel of similar standard will be arranged. Check-in/out times follow hotel policy.)

All boat and cruise transfers are on sharing basis.
Itinerary is subject to change based on weather and other operational conditions.
The company reserves the right to make itinerary adjustments in case of unforeseen situations or natural calamities.
If any sightseeing spot is skipped due to administrative or unforeseen reasons, a substitute of similar value will be provided.
Package Exclusions
Flight tickets to and from Port Blair.
Vehicle usage during leisure time or beyond specified sightseeing schedules.
Personal expenses including:
Extra meals, snacks, beverages (including alcohol, mineral water, soft drinks, bed tea).
Laundry, tips, insurance, phone calls, and camera/video camera charges.
Any optional tours or activities not mentioned in the inclusions.
Water sports or adventure activities (unless mentioned specifically in inclusions).
Honeymoon inclusions or arrangements (unless opted separately).
Surcharges during peak season (15th December to 20th January).
Additional supplement charges for:

Any expenses arising due to unforeseen changes in itinerary such as:
Flight cancellations
Health issues
Natural calamities
Anything not clearly listed in the “Package Inclusions” section.
Package Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment Terms:
For tours from 1st April to 31st August:
Budget, Standard, and Premium Packages:
50% of the total package cost must be paid at the time of booking.
The remaining 50% is payable upon arrival in Port Blair, before the tour commences.
Deluxe and Luxury Packages:
75% of the total package cost must be paid at the time of booking.
The remaining 25% is payable upon arrival in Port Blair, before the tour commences.
For tours from 1st September to 31st March (All Package Categories):
100% payment is required at the time of booking.
For bookings made between 15th December to 15th January:
Non-refundable in case of cancellation, regardless of package category.
For bookings made within 10 days of the travel date:
100% payment must be made at the time of booking.
Non-refundable in case of cancellation.
Cancellation Charges:
Cancellation 30 or more days before arrival: 15% of the package cost will be charged.
Cancellation 20 to 29 days before arrival: 25% of the package cost will be charged.
Cancellation 10 to 19 days before arrival: 50% of the package cost will be charged.
Cancellation within 10 days before arrival: 100% of the package cost will be charged.
